MMU makes no warranty that:
Although every effort has been made to ensure quality, The Retail Game may contain technical or other mistakes, inaccuracies or typographical errors. MMU assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions in the software or its supporting documentation.
MMU does not warrant that The Retail Game is up-to-date and makes no commitment
to update the software. Notwithstanding, MMU may make changes to The Retail
Game or its supporting documentation.
In no event shall MMU be liable to you or any third parties for any special,
punitive, incidental, indirect or consequential damages of any kind, or any
damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, those resulting from loss
of use, data or profits, whether or not MMU has been advised of the possibility

with the use of The Retail Game.
